This isnt supposed to be anything impressive.
After a year or so away from the game I wondered what the best Northrend levelling build for a Warlock is, and it seems taking 21-41-0 at level 71 turns you into a duracell bunny.
You can almost always replenish more mana and health than you spend, both for yourself and your pet. Not the highest DPS build, but its very safe, very easy and has minimal downtime.
24 mobs pulled here and other than running out of fresh mobs to tag and stopping to loot (and in this case, the end of the song) this build seems like it could grind forever without ever having to stop.
